Beautiful Christmas Truffles

Mix cream and butter in the pan over middle high heat. Simmer it for 2 minutes and turn off the gas ring. Put vanilla, candies and semisweet chocolate. Make it smooth stirring all the time. Wrap this mixture and place into the fridge for few hours. It should harden, then make small balls of it and roll into processed almonds. You can decorate it by means of paper cups and place dessert in holiday box.
