Filling
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 - 1 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
