  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup (4 Tablespoons) Butter, softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Vanilla (white) Dry Cake Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles, plus more for decoration
