Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients- ½ cup butter, softened (I use “unsalted” butter– all the time)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin (canned pumpkin purée, do not use pumpkin pie filling)
- 2½ cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves (optional)
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
