Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
- 1 recipe of eggless cookie dough (below)
- 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- chocolate sauce, for drizzling, optional (the one I used)
- additional chocolate chips, for sprinkling on top, optional (I used mini)
Eggless Cookie Dough
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or optionally use 1 to 2
tablespoons rum, bourbon, coffee-, orange-, raspberry-, chocolate-flavored
liqueur)
Chocolate Kiss Powder Puff Cookies
