Ingredients

• 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
• 1 tbsp butter, melted
• 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
• 1 recipe of eggless cookie dough (below)
• 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• chocolate sauce, for drizzling, optional (the one I used)
• additional chocolate chips, for sprinkling on top, optional (I used mini)

Eggless Cookie Dough

• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
• 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1-2 tbsp milk
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
