Peanut Butter Oreo Chocolate Bark

Ingredients:
BOTTOM LAYER
  • 24 whole Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
CHOCOLATE TOPPING
  • 5 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, like Bakers or Ghirardelli brands
