Ingredients

For the Crust:

• 2 cups graham crumbs
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Mixture:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 package (8 ounces) of cream cheese, softened, and whipped smooth
• 1 individual sized package (4.5 g) of Crystal Light Pink Lemonade Mix
• Optional: pink food colouring, not necessary at all, personal choice

For the Optional Garnish:

• Sprinkles
• Whipped cream
• Crushed cookies
